SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping teams sole goal is to get your orders processed and dispatched to you in the shortest amount of time. Orders are processed in the morning every Monday to Friday.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

  • We provide standard free shipping for orders over $39.99.
  • Free shipping always available for orders from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.
  • Standard shipping is handled by the post office and usually takes 7-16 days for shipping
  • During the Holidays, the shipping is extended by 10 business days. 

FAST PRIORITY SHIPPING

  • We select DHL/ FedEx express for priority shipping. Due to the influence of COVID19, the transportation and distribution time will be longer than normal.
  • Priority shipping with 5 -10 day delivery available to most locations, however, you may receive your items much earlier. 
  • For order value is higher than $60, we suggest choose fast shipping that delivery success rate is guaranteed.
  • Our responsibility ends when the parcel is delivered to your local courier.  
  • On very rare occasions, your country's customs might charge you a fee for the import. This is out of our control and you will need to pay the required fees to process delivery.

    IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER:

    • If you can't receive your products due to an incorrect address we don't take any responsibility and we don't give a refund. Please double check all information before confirming your order.
    • During festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
    • During certain peak shopping seasons, or during large sales, processing and dispatch time may increase.
    • Tracking is provided on most shipments; not always will online tracking be available.
    •  Note that delivery times may be longer than usual when the parcel reaches the destination country if unexpected delays occur when handed over to the local postal service. 
    • Some countries apply customs fees, taxes and other additional costs on shipments received from Shenzhen or Hong Kong. These fees associated with your purchase are the responsibility of you, the customer. Unfortunately, these are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. UiiSii is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.

    HOW TO TARCK MY ORDER?

    Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a final confirmation and tracking number.

    Using the tracking number you can follow the stages of delivery on your chosen shipping company's website for an estimation on when your product will arrive.
